Pricing

Clear pricing for process consulting and AI integration, with no hidden fees or surprise costs.

I believe that professional advice should be accessible and that you should know what you are paying for before you commit. My pricing is structured around specific outcomes, not hourly billing, so you can see the value in every engagement.

All prices are quoted in British pounds and exclude VAT. I work with small and medium businesses across the United Kingdom, and I can tailor an engagement to fit your budget and priorities.

Call me directly

I price for clarity and value, not for time spent.

Many consultants charge by the hour, which can make it difficult to predict the total investment or to see the return. I structure my fees around defined deliverables and measurable outcomes, so you know what you are getting and why it matters.

I also believe in lowering the barrier to getting started. If you are unsure whether consulting is right for your business, you can begin with a low-commitment diagnostic that provides immediate value, regardless of whether we continue working together.

Finally, I am transparent about costs from the outset. If a project scope changes, I will explain why and agree any adjustments with you before proceeding. There are no surprise invoices and no pressure to expand the engagement beyond what you need.

You can begin with a focused, low-risk engagement to test the fit.

AI Opportunity Scan

Complimentary

A brief conversation to explore whether AI integration could help your specific situation. I will ask about your current tools, your biggest operational friction points, and your goals. You will leave with a clear view of whether AI is worth pursuing and what form it might take.

This is not a sales call. If I do not think AI will add value for you, I will tell you directly and suggest alternative approaches.

from £500

A focused review of one process or workflow that is causing friction in your business.

What's included:

  • -Initial scoping conversation to understand your challenge
  • -One day of focused analysis (remote or on-site in Yorkshire)
  • -Value Stream Mapping of the current state
  • -Practical recommendations you can implement immediately
  • -Written summary delivered within five working days

Pricing:

  • -Base fee: £500 (includes one day of work + written report)
  • -Additional days: £350/day (if deeper analysis is required)
  • -On-site visits outside Yorkshire: £350/day plus travel expenses

The duration is agreed upfront based on the complexity of your challenge. I work remotely as standard across the UK, with on-site or hybrid options available when they add value to the engagement.

The Diagnostic Audit is a standalone engagement. If you wish to proceed with additional work, it will be scoped and quoted separately.

This option is ideal if you need clarity before committing to a longer project, or if you want an external perspective on a specific operational challenge.

Process consulting

For businesses ready to make measurable improvements to their operations.

Kaizen Sprint

from £1,600

A four-week rapid improvement cycle focused on one bottleneck area, such as reducing administrative time, improving picking accuracy, or streamlining compliance documentation.

We agree on a clear objective and success metrics at the start. I work with your team to implement small, practical changes in weekly cycles. You receive a brief progress update each week and a final summary with recommendations for sustaining the improvements.

Designed to deliver visible results quickly, with minimal disruption to your daily operations.

Typical outcome: 15-25 hours/month recovered in administrative time within 6 weeks.

Compliance-Ready Operations

from £1,800

A structured engagement to align your processes with regulatory requirements such as CQC, GDPR, or HSE, without adding unnecessary bureaucracy.

I map your current documentation workflows, identify gaps against compliance standards, and help you embed evidence collection into daily tasks. You receive a simple compliance checklist and updated work instructions that your team can follow consistently.

Particularly valuable if you are preparing for an inspection or if you want to reduce the stress of maintaining compliance records.

Typical outcome: 50-70% reduction in compliance prep time ahead of inspections.

Operational Playbook Development

from £2,500

A comprehensive documentation project that creates clear, visual work instructions for your key processes. Ideal if you are scaling your team, experiencing inconsistent execution, or preparing for leadership transition.

I work with your staff to capture how work actually gets done, then produce simple, accessible guides that new hires can use without constant supervision. The playbook is delivered in digital format and can be updated as your processes evolve.

Typical outcome: Teams recover 10-15 hours/week by eliminating rework, double-handling, and errors through work instructions that people actually follow. Based on warehouses with average process maturity. Results vary by team size and complexity.

AI integration

Add intelligent automation once your process is stable and ready.

Micro-Agent Setup

from £950

A lightweight AI tool that handles one repetitive task within your existing workflow, such as classifying inbound enquiries, flagging missing documentation, or summarising shift reports.

The agent connects to your current tools via API, Zapier, or Power Automate, so you do not need to migrate to a new platform. I configure the logic, test it with your team, and provide simple instructions for ongoing use.

Ideal if you have a clear, repetitive task that consumes administrative time and you want to test AI with minimal investment.

Embedded Workflow Automation

from £2,200

A more comprehensive integration that adds AI capabilities to an existing system, such as your CRM, practice management software, or warehouse management tool.

I work with you to identify where automation can reduce manual effort without disrupting your team's workflow. The solution is designed to learn from corrections and improve over time, with clear boundaries on what it can and cannot do.

Suitable if you have a stable process and want to reduce repetitive administrative work at scale.

Full Workflow Build

Quoted per project

End-to-end automation for complex, high-volume workflows where the return on investment justifies a custom solution.

I only recommend this option when the process is well-understood, stable, and likely to deliver clear time or cost savings. You will receive a detailed proposal with scope, timeline, and fixed price before any work begins.

The process is simple, transparent, and designed around your availability.

1

Initial contact

You email or call me with a brief overview of your situation. I respond within one working day to suggest a next step.

2

Scoping conversation

We have a short discussion to clarify your priorities, constraints, and desired outcomes. I will recommend the most appropriate starting point and provide a clear quote.

3

Agreement and kickoff

If you choose to proceed, I send a simple engagement letter outlining scope, timeline, and fees. Once confirmed, we schedule the first session.

4

Delivery and review

I work with you and your team according to the agreed plan. You receive regular updates and have the opportunity to ask questions or adjust priorities as we go.

5

Handover and follow-up

At the end of the engagement, I provide a summary of what was achieved, recommendations for sustaining improvements, and an invitation to reach out if you need further support.

I do not use long-term contracts or lock-in clauses. Each engagement stands on its own, and you are free to continue or pause at any point.

Some questions I am frequently asked about pricing and return.

"What if the Diagnostic Audit does not reveal anything useful?" +

That is very unlikely, because I focus on processes that are already causing friction. If, after completing the agreed scope, I determine that no actionable improvements can be offered, I will refund the £500 fee in full.

"Can you work within a limited budget?" +

Yes. I can tailor an engagement to focus on the highest-impact area within your available resources. Sometimes a small, well-targeted intervention delivers more value than a broad, expensive project.

"Do you offer ongoing support after a project ends?" +

Yes. Many clients choose to retain me for monthly check-ins or to address new challenges as they arise. Retainer arrangements are quoted based on the level of support you need.

"How do I know if the investment will pay for itself?" +

We agree on measurable outcomes at the start, such as hours saved, error reduction, or faster invoice turnaround. I track progress against these metrics and review them with you regularly. Most clients find that the engagement pays for itself within eight to twelve weeks through recovered time or reduced rework.

If you would like to discuss which option is right for your business, I am happy to help.

You can email me with a brief description of your situation, your team size, and what you hope to achieve. I read every email personally and I respond within one working day with a clear suggestion for next steps.

If you prefer to speak straight away, you can call me directly. A short conversation often clarifies more than several emails, and I can help you identify the most efficient path forward.

Call me directly

I do not use automated booking systems or chatbots. If you reach out, you will be speaking with me, and I will treat your inquiry with the attention and confidentiality it deserves.
