Contact

If you would like to discuss your operational challenges, I am here to listen.

You can reach me directly by email or phone. I read every message personally and I respond within one working day. There are no automated systems, no chatbots, and no pressure to commit before you are ready.

I work with small and medium businesses across the United Kingdom, and I am happy to start with a brief conversation to understand your situation.

Choose the way that feels most comfortable for you.

Email - Best for sharing details at your own pace

If you prefer to write, you can send me a message with a brief overview of your business, your team size, and the operational challenge you are facing. You do not need to prepare a formal brief - a few sentences are enough to get started.

I read every email personally and I aim to respond within one working day. If your situation requires more context, I may suggest a short call to clarify next steps.

Phone - Best for quick clarity

If you prefer to speak straight away, you can call me directly. A ten-minute conversation often clarifies more than several emails, and I can suggest one or two immediate actions you could take.

I am available for calls between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. If I am with a client or on site, please leave a brief voicemail and I will return your call the same day.

Call me directly

My process is simple, transparent, and respectful of your time.

If you email me:

I will acknowledge your message within one working day. If I can offer a useful suggestion immediately, I will include it. If your situation would benefit from a conversation, I will propose a time to talk - but only if you agree it makes sense.

If you call me:

We will have a brief discussion about your priorities and constraints. If I believe I can help, I will outline a possible next step and provide a clear quote. If I do not think I am the right fit, I will tell you directly and, where possible, point you toward a more suitable resource.

No pressure, no obligation:

Reaching out does not commit you to anything. Many of my engagements begin with a simple question, and some conversations end with me suggesting that you do not need a consultant at all. My goal is to help you move forward, not to sell you a project.

If you would like to send a quick note, you can use this form.

Only three fields are required. I do not store your details for marketing purposes, and I will not share your information with any third party.

I read every submission personally and I respond within one working day. If you prefer not to use this form, you can email me directly at dyczkowski.kamil@gmail.com.
