About
I am Kamil Dyczkowski, and I specialise in making operations work for people.
I help small and medium businesses across the United Kingdom improve their efficiency, reduce compliance risk, and prepare for sustainable growth. My approach combines traditional Lean methodology with modern AI integration, but I always start with the human element.
I believe that technology should support your team, not complicate their daily work. My goal is to give you clarity, control, and confidence in how your business operates.
I fix the process before I touch the technology.
Many consultants start by recommending new software platforms. I start by understanding how your team actually delivers value to your customers. Technology often fails because it is layered on top of broken processes.
I use Lean principles to remove waste and variability from your workflows. Once the process is stable, I introduce automation or AI to handle repetitive tasks. This sequence ensures that you do not automate inefficiency.
My philosophy is simple: clear processes reduce stress, improve compliance, and protect your profit margins.
I have over twenty years of hands-on experience in operations.
Not just theoretical frameworks - real problem-solving on the ground.
My career began on the shop floor, where I learned how processes work in reality, not just in theory. I have worked across warehousing, healthcare, and field service sectors, solving problems that range from inventory drift to regulatory compliance.
I hold certifications in Lean and Six Sigma, and I apply these frameworks pragmatically. I do not use jargon to impress you. I use these tools to identify where your money is being lost and how to recover it.
I have seen businesses struggle with rising costs and complex regulations. I have also seen them thrive after simplifying their operations. My experience allows me to guide you through that transition safely.
You will work directly with me, not a junior account manager.
Personal attention
When you engage me, you get my personal attention and expertise throughout the project. I do not delegate critical analysis to assistants or automate our relationship with booking software.
Transparent partnership
I offer a partnership based on transparency and measurable outcomes. I will tell you if a problem does not require a consultant, and I will tell you if AI is not the right solution for your situation.
Operational & strategic language
My clients value my ability to speak both operational and strategic language. I can discuss workflow details with your team and present ROI clearly to your board.
Location & working style
I am based in Market Weighton, Yorkshire, and I work UK-wide.
Most of my consulting work is delivered remotely, which allows for flexibility and lower overheads for your business. I use video calls and shared documents to map processes and track progress efficiently.
I am available for on-site visits when physical presence adds value to the project. For example, I recommend site visits for initial warehouse audits or complex workflow observations.
I respect your time and I expect the same in return. My communication is direct, my reports are clear, and my recommendations are actionable.
If you think we might be a good fit, I invite you to reach out.
You can email me with a brief overview of your current challenges and what you hope to achieve. I read every email personally and I respond within one working day.
If you prefer a conversation, you can call me directly. Sometimes a ten-minute call clarifies more than several weeks of email exchange.
I look forward to hearing about your business and exploring how I can help.
