Warehouse and logistics software
From delivery to dispatch
Before we build, we establish how goods and information move through the warehouse. Who confirms receipt? Where is a discrepancy recorded? When is an order ready to leave? The system is designed around those actions, responsibilities and exceptions.

What the system can cover
Goods-in and discrepancies
Record deliveries, check quantities and capture shortages or damage. Staff can see what has been accepted and what still needs a decision.
Stock and locations
Track storage locations, movements and stock-count results. The level of control is matched to the type of goods and the way the warehouse operates.
Picking and dispatch
Task lists, pick confirmation and checks before an order is ready to leave. Where the workflow requires it, the system can include barcode scanning, packing and dispatch documents.
Exceptions
Returns, corrections and stock that needs an additional decision. The workflow can define who owns the issue and what must happen before it is closed.
Designed for the workstation, not after the shift
Views can be adapted to the place where the work happens: a workstation PC, tablet or handheld device. We establish what staff need to enter, what can come from another system and what needs to be visible immediately.
Connect the tools you already use
We do not assume every existing system needs to be replaced. If an order system, ecommerce platform, ERP or other tool is still useful, we assess the available integration and agree which system remains the source of each record.
