Software for production planning and shop-floor work

We build systems for production orders, work at individual stations and collecting information from the shop floor. They help the team see what needs to be done, where each job is in the process and what needs attention.

A system shaped around the job

We follow the real production order from the work being released, through material and operations, to completion and handover. That sequence becomes the basis for the system logic and the views used by the team.

    What the system can cover

    Orders and work planning

Tasks, priorities, statuses and the information required before work starts. The team can see what should happen next and what is blocking progress.

    Recording work

An operator can confirm the start, completion or result of a particular operation. The amount of data captured should stay practical enough to use where the work is actually being done.

    Checks and traceability

Where the process requires it, the system can record checks, non-conformances, material information or other data needed to trace how the order moved through production.

    Shift handover

Incomplete work, blockers and important information should not depend on a verbal handover. The next shift can see the current state and the actions that still need attention.

Different views for operators and managers

An operator needs clear instructions and a quick way to confirm work. A manager needs status, backlog and exceptions. These can be different views of the same operational data rather than one overloaded screen for everyone.

A scope that can be introduced in stages

You do not need to start with the entire site. The first release can cover one workflow, department or order type. We agree the data sources, integrations and how the first version will be checked in real use.
