One client ran two businesses, each with a different sales process. For SoundPulse, we connected package purchases, payments, session bookings, forms and customer emails. Customers can buy and book without the owner having to arrange each session manually. For The Octave of Learning, we added sales of digital and physical products to the existing website, with automatic delivery of materials and access instructions. The owner can add new products without developer support.

Staff were looking for answers across documents, emails and individual colleagues. Routine requests also had to be passed between teams manually. We built an internal AI assistant that answers questions from the company knowledge base and shows the sources it used. A professional services firm had documented its processes, but quality checks were still being skipped and time records were submitted late. Junior staff also depended heavily on senior colleagues for routine information. We reorganised how the business used Microsoft 365. A digital printing business needed one place to manage orders, production, quality checks, billing and customer updates. Manual handling per order fell from around 15 minutes to about five. Calls asking for order updates dropped by roughly 70%.
