Just Vitality Clinic: a new website and complete clinical system
The website
We built a new website for Just Vitality Clinic in Hull, following the client’s brief and design vision. It provides the public-facing route into the clinic’s services and appointment booking.
The clinical system
Alongside the website, we developed a complete bespoke clinical management system. It brings appointments, digital forms, consents, patient records, documents and staff administration together.
Information collected before an appointment stays connected to the patient record and the work the team needs to carry out. The system also includes self check-in and operational views for managing the clinic’s day-to-day activity.
CQC requirements and medical data
The system was built around CQC requirements, with particular attention to the privacy and security of medical data.
Patient-facing access and staff access are separated. Controlled access, protected documents and auditable workflows support the handling of clinical information.
