NOVA needed a refreshed website that reflected the restaurant’s atmosphere and presented its food and offer clearly. We built a modern site with content and menu management, giving guests a direct route from browsing the restaurant to booking a table.

Reservations built around the team

Alongside the website, we built a reservation management system for the restaurant. Online bookings and reservations entered by staff appear in the same calendar. The team can manage booking details, changes and arrival status in one place.

Communication with guests

Customer communication is automated as part of the reservation workflow. This supports the handling of bookings and reduces the communication staff have to manage manually.
